Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your Sassy T Company order. Ready-to-wear, non-custom merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or Sassy T Company made an error with the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required due to an order error or other applicable circumstances.
Custom & Personalized Orders Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, color preference, change of mind, or an error in information/design details supplied or approved by the customer. If Sassy T Company makes an error in producing your approved order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Cancellations & Changes Ready-to-wear orders may be canceled only before processing or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Custom orders may be changed or canceled only before production has begun. Once artwork has been approved, materials ordered specifically for the project, or printing/production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Sassy T Company within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue so we can review it. When Sassy T Company is responsible for an error or confirmed defect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.
Sizing Most apparel is sold in unisex sizing unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing. Please review the applicable size information before ordering. Extended Sizes and Tall Sizes are different fits. 3XL–5XL Extended Sizes are standard-length shirts, while designated Tall sizes provide additional length. Sizing and fit may vary between shirt brands and styles.
Processing & Shipping Ready-to-wear and custom products may have different processing times. Estimated processing or shipping times shown on the website are provided with each applicable product or order. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier transit times are outside Sassy T Company's direct control. If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will contact you regarding the delay and applicable options.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error. If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to change its destination. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address or an unclaimed/returned package may be the customer's responsibility.
DTF & DTG Printing Sassy T Company uses DTF (Direct-to-Film) and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing depending on the garment and design. Because of differences in garment material, printing method, computer/phone screens, and production processes, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur. These normal variations are not considered defects.
Garment Care For the longest life of your printed apparel, wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design. Avoid bleach unless otherwise permitted by the garment manufacturer's care instructions.
Sale & Clearance Items Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law.
